Mainichi Routine Terms of Use

Article 1 (Scope)
These terms set out the conditions for using the app "Mainichi Routine" (the "App") provided by Famulite Lab. LLC ("we"). By using the App you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Article 2 (Fees)
The App is free to use. Some themes are offered as paid in-app purchases processed through the App Store or Google Play. Purchases, refunds and billing follow the terms and procedures of the respective store. Any data charges are borne by the user.
Article 3 (Your data)
Events, routines, records, diary entries and other data you enter are stored only on your device. We never collect, transmit or store this information on a server.
The App does not send your data to any external server. It may communicate with the Apple or Google store to process in-app purchases and check their status, but we do not receive that information. Fonts and other assets are bundled in the App. An external browser opens only when you tap a link such as the privacy policy.
Data may be lost when you change or lose your device, delete the App, or the operating system removes data. Keeping your data safe with the backup feature (Settings > Export) is your responsibility.
Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
You must not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the App, infringe our rights in any other way, or use the App in violation of law or public order.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The App is provided as is. We make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and accept no liability for any damage (including loss of data) arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
Article 6 (Changes)
We may change these terms without prior notice when we consider it necessary. The revised terms take effect when shown in the App.
Article 7 (Governing law)
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan.
